Power of Interest is operated by ERICH Incorporated. This page explains the information used to provide the website, software registration, purchasing, and support.
Information you provide
When you contact support or submit a registration request, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, payment reference, Installation ID, and an optional note. This information is used to respond, verify a purchase, and create the requested registration passcode.
Payment information
Stripe processes online card payments. Power of Interest does not receive or store your full card number. We may receive payment and order details necessary to identify and support the purchase.
Website information
The web server may record standard technical information such as the requested page, date, browser, IP address, and error logs. The site also uses privacy-limited first-party funnel analytics to count page views, product-page activity, user-submitted calculator results, download-page visits, actual installer downloads, purchase/checkout clicks, registration starts, completed software registrations, and verified purchases. The funnel log stores page and landing paths, referral/campaign information, product names, an anonymous browser-session identifier, normalized technology labels such as device type (desktop/mobile/tablet), operating-system family, and browser family, and approximate first-touch location labels (country, region, and city). Approximate location is resolved from the visitor's IP address through the IPWhoIs/ipwho.is geolocation service; that service necessarily receives the visitor IP for the lookup, but Power of Interest does not write the raw IP, latitude/longitude, or postal code to its funnel analytics log. To connect a later verified registration back to the original landing page, traffic source, technology category, and approximate location, the site keeps first-touch attribution information in browser local storage for up to 30 days. The funnel log does not store customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses, registration IDs, raw PayPal transaction IDs, full browser user-agent strings, precise coordinates, or postal codes.
Sharing and retention
Personal information is not sold to advertisers. Information may be retained as reasonably needed for purchase records, registration support, security, and legal obligations.
