Duplicate or incorrect charges
Contact support promptly with the PayPal transaction ID or check details. Duplicate charges and payment errors will be reviewed and corrected when verified.
Installation or registration problems
Contact support before requesting a refund. We will help troubleshoot the installer, Windows permissions, WebView2, and the registration process.
Other refund requests
Refund requests are reviewed individually by ERICH Incorporated. Include the purchaser name, transaction information, reason for the request, and whether a registration passcode has already been issued. This page does not promise an automatic refund after software registration.
